An incident that was meant to bring shame to Nicki Minaj seems to be doing just the opposite.
Nicki’s business empire has gotten even bigger and her radio show, Queen Radio, has shot to number 1 following the incident with Cardi B at the New York Fashion Week where Cardi attacked her and threw her shoe at her.
TMZ claims sources connected to Nicki told them the rapper is ecstatic Cardi B went nuclear at Friday night’s Harper’s Bazaar Fashion Show because it is now helping her business grow.
Nicki’s podcast, Queen Radio, was trending at the top of Twitter Monday and the show has been at number 1 on Apple Music. Also, her listeners quadrupled after the fight.
Not only that, Nicki’s new music video for “Barbie Dreams” got over 5 million views in just 1 day of being released and Nicki believes her strong debut numbers is partially due to Cardi’s attack on her.
To add to all that, Nicki has been getting blown up a lot more for appearance requests and concert bookings in the last few days.

Cardi wore a defiant scowl as she was paraded out of the venue at The Plaza Hotel following the altercation
Immediately following the altercation, Cardi B -whose real name is Belcalis Marlenis Almanzar- took to Instagram to release a profanity laden statement
In her rant she also appeared to state that the women who alleged her crew attacked them are just seeking publicity.
According to TMZ, Cardi was accused of ordering her entourage to attack sisters Jade and Baddie Gi at Angels Strip Club in New York.
However, at the time she denied the accusations and labelled the pair ‘clout chasers’ and went onto rubbish speculation that her husband had cheated on her with Jade, who works as a bartender at the club with her sister.
While they admit Cardi did not physically attack them, the pair have hired lawyer Joe Tacopina, who has said they are considering filing a lawsuit against Cardi.
Minaj also took to Instagram after the incident but was seemingly not bothered as she shared photos of herself enjoying the evening without reference to the altercation.
The supposed feud between Cardi and Nicki dates back to 2017, when the two artists began taking hits at each other in various songs, interviews and on social media.
