Revenge is something that we may consider from time to time, especially when it is on behalf of someone we love. For many people, the ones that they love the most are the animals in our lives.
A woman named Shannon Cooper felt the need to take revenge on behalf of her beloved feline. It seems as if the young son of a neighbor poured a cup of water on the cat and she took matters into her own hands.
The woman got back by dumping water on the neighbor’s child, and you might think that it would end there. The thing is, it didn’t, and now people are wondering who was right and who was wrong.
Shannon spoke about the situation, saying: “My 10-year-old neighbor just threw a cup of water over my cat who was sitting on the fence minding his own business n laughed so I threw a basin of water over him from the window and now his dad is at my door going mental but I don’t see the problem, don’t touch my cat.”

There were plenty of people who commented on the situation, some of those who were calling her childish and saying that she would’ve been better off handling it by talking to the kid’s parents.
Somebody else was concerned about possible legal trouble, saying: “Be careful because you could be charged with assault. It will not matter to a judge what the kid did to your cat. All that matters is that you assaulted a child with water. I’m just saying because not everyone will laugh.”
Thousands of people commented on the post and eventually, Shannon felt the need to explain herself further. She said: “[People] r so mad over this, the kid and his dad were laughing about it today, we r friends (also might I add the dad never knew what his son done which is why he was mad to begin with) also the kid is 13 he rlly looks fkn 10 lmao [sic].”
I would imagine this debate will continue to go on for quite some time.
